Like many children, I began by scribbling with crayons and progressed onto pencils, pens, then paints. While most progressed no further, some excelled. I was one of those some. Many of those some went onto become well trained, knowledgeable and successful. I wasn’t one of those.

Pretty much everything I have learned since I first picked up a crayon has been by trial and error. From understanding shapes, shines, shades and perspective to using digital technology, I’ve done it all the difficult way.
